Hope, Healing, And
Healthy Living.

Managing an endocrine disorder goes beyond medication or
diet alone. We guide patients toward healthier living through
treatment, nutrition, movement, education, and the tools needed
to build confidence and independence from day one.

Get Started

Hope, Healing, and healthy living.

Living a life with an endocrine system disorder is all about managing treatment, lifestyle, and mindset.  The answer is not just medication and it is not only about diet.  We help you on your journey to healthier living through nutrition, exercise and movement, treatment, and education.  We help you learn how to achieve independence through knowledge and the tools we need to live our fullest life, starting on day one.

health strategy

Managing diabetes and other endocrine issues requires a strategy that may include medication. But there is more to the strategy than medicine.

nutrition

Nutrition has significant impact on type 1 and type 2 diabetes. Changing what you eat can absolutely change your health indicators.

Control

Using your health strategy can help you regain control of your health. Changes and progress can be tracked in the office, manually by the patient, and with the latest wearable devices. Many wearables will also connect to your smart phone.

exercise and movement

Exercise has almost immediate effects on blood sugar. Consistent movement and exercise has a demonstrably positive impact on your health.

Today, I can say that my Diabetes is maintained at a highly disciplined level. I know that my current focus and good health is due to Dr. Woo. Often, I say to myself, “what-would-my-state-of-health-be” were it not for his commitment to medical excellence.

When has one of your doctors cooked for you? This is just one small indication of how dedicated to his patients Dr. Woo is. I would truly not like to think I had to deal with my diabetes without Dr. Woo’s help.

Dr. Woo has done over the past few months what other doctors have not been able to do over the past few years.  Dr. Woo has me off insulin.
